Saturday - Can't do yard work, can't do computer work, can't even wash the car my hands hurt so bad.  Boring....

Friday - Nice again. I mowed the front yard - and lowered the deck height, which was set to the absolute maximum for drought conditions and left the lawn looking pretty rough after a few days.  The drought is officially over, so I've upped the watering schedule.

I also edged and trimmed, and pretty much destroyed my hands.  I've been walking a fine line lately, and this was a step too far.

Thursday - Nice weather.

Trying to untangle the Xcode / Git mess.  I think I have a handle on it, but what a waste of time. I could barely bring myself to look at it, it was so depressing. Days of painstaking fiddly work because Apple has their head up their *ss.

I was considering actually rewriting the code, but just didn't want too - it'll have to be done eventually, but not right now...

In other cheerful news they are going to released new versions of everything, OSX, iOS, and who knows what.  Moving targets...Yay.  Just what I need.

Tuesday - Nice, very windy in the afternoon and evening. 

I have more AB and pain pills for the cat.  He has a great appetite, though the abscesses are still open...

Monday - Nice weather again.

Worked a bit more on the Ideas to Stars converter, met with people at lunch and showed them the progress. Everything always takes so much longer than I estimate, it's frustrating and a bit depressing. Had to quit early from stress to the hands.


I watched Fantastic Beasts & Where To Find Them at R&S's house on Saturday - enjoyable! I was prepared to dislike it for some reason, but it was fun.

Sunday - Another warm day. Nice, a bit windy in the afternoon

Some minor yard chores, and shopping, but mostly just sat around and read and watched teevee. 

My hands are shot so it's enforced idleness.  I had finger tremors last week, now it's trigger finger and pain. Bah.


The phone's astronomy app notified me that there was going to be an Iridium Flare the other night, and I went out and looked at the sky where it predicted - and it happened.  The other day it was the ISS going over.  Pretty impressive for a $3 app!
