Saturday - Started boxing various things, time to get a move on.  Called the a/c guys about the central air cooling, they'll be out to check on things today or tomorrow.

Friday - I went to the DMV, and am getting the lien from the old credit union removed from the Ford Probe.  At which point I can sell it, or whatever.  Because the paperwork was a little messed up I couldn't do it by mail.  The new building is huge, compared to the old, but is still pretty well full of people scraping their obeisance to California's draconian rules and regulations...

Tuesday - Well, met with the owner of the new property, put down a deposit.  Met with a local housing agent and listed my current place.  It's a bit scary, I've been in my current house over 20 years, but it should be the best thing to do in the end.

Sunday - I did a credit report the other day- things are OK, credit wise.  And no issues from the Experian breach, that I can detect.


If I decide to sell there will be a lot of work needed here.

I already had a handyman out to fix some stuff - my back is aching, so I'm having him do some stuff I could probably do.
